An ongoing Phase I/II clinical study is evaluating NeuVax for the adjuvant treatment of early-stage, HER2-positive prostate cancer. To date, the trial has enrolled 40 men at high risk for recurrence post-prostatectomy. A recent analysis of clinical data from this trial showed that disease recurrence was delayed in patients treated with NeuVax. Only minor, insignificant toxicities have been observed.
